We have partnered with a demolition contractor T-Rex Excavating Ltd. in West Kelowna and an Environmental consulting company called Mission Hills Environmental Services Inc also in West Kelowna, BC. Our company or Mission Hills or T-Rex Excavating Ltd., get a call to do a demolition or asbestos abatement or a remediation project on a property. We then send Mission Hills Environmental Services Inc to conduct a Hazardous Material Survey (HMS) which is required by WORKSAFEBC to assess the hazardous material in the building and provide a written survey report with analytical test result of the material. Our company gets the survey results and provides an abatement quote and a demolition quote to the client-All In One Quote.  When we get the go ahead, we do the abatement, Mission Hills provides a Clearance Letter and T-Rex Excavating Ltd. does the demolition.
Then we invoice the Client ONE CALL-DOES IT ALL.
